Providing a smooth and supportive ride, the Adrenaline GTS 23 offers a reconfigured midsole featuring a lightweight DNA LOFT v2 cushioning system. DNA LOFT v2 is comprised of EVA foam, rubber, and air, to deliver softness underfoot without sacrificing weight or durability. The usage of Brooks' innovative GuideRails® support technology helps align the body in its natural motion path by reducing excess shin and heel rotation. A breathable engineered air mesh upper with 3D Fit Print provides structure and support for total comfort that goes the distance.

Average Arch Height This is the amount of space between the highest point of the mid-sole and the ground. Correctly fitting shoes will take the pressure off your feet as your move, and stop the foot from rolling.
Average Heel Width This is the width of the heel in comparison to the midfoot. A narrow heel will be slimmer than the midfoot whilst a wider heel will be broader than the midfoot. If a shoe is too deep across the instep it can encourage excess movement. If the shoe is too shallow, it will be too tight and will irritate the top of the foot.
Average Foot Height This is the highest point of your foot (called the midfoot and often found underneath the laces) and the ground. Correctly fitting shoes provide stability at the heel and will ensure there is no slipping or irritation at the Achilles tendon.
Average Foot Width This is the widest point of your feet, generally the forefoot. A shoe that is too tight can lead to tension, blisters, and irritation at the ball of the foot. A shoe that is too loose will decrease stability and can encourage side-to-side movement and rolling.

Brooks' innovative GuideRails® support technology prevents under and overpronation movements by wrapping the foot with firmer pieces of foam on either side of the heel and extending to the midfoot on the medial side.
