This metre is a small tool for the engineer, electronic maintenance and factory. It is very easy to test plug-in and SMD devices, also can test different kinds of diodes, triodes, thyristors, MOSFET, enable to analysis the device type, the polarity of the pin, the output HFE, the valve voltage, the junction capacitance of the FET. Note Before testing the capacitor, be sure to discharge it, otherwise it may damage the internal circuit. If using DC supply, please choose DC 9V - 12V adaptor including 9V and 12V. Can be powered by a 9V 6LR61 battery (not included), when the battery power is under 6V, please replace a new one. Provide three kinds of socket, each socket pin 1, pin 2 and pin 3 are connected. There is a table typical ESR value of electrolytic capacitor at the back, it is for guiding only, these are typical value for standard grade electrolytic capacitor at room temperature. Calibration Short the test pin 1, 2, 3 together and push POWER TEST button, then the screen prompts to enter calibration, push the button again within 2 seconds to confirm. Few seconds latter the screen prompts to release pin 1, 2, 3, release them and wait for calibration finish.

This digital transistor tester is an ideal device for engineers, electronic maintenance technicians, and factory workers. It is easy to use for testing plug-in and SMD devices, as well as different types of diodes, triodes, thyristors, and MOSFETs. It can be used to analyse the device type, pin polarity, output HFE, valve voltage, and FET junction capacitance. When using a DC supply, it is recommended to use a 9V-12V adaptor, and a 9V 6LR61 battery (not included) can be used to power the device when the battery is above 6V. It has the capability to measure resistors from 0-50 ohms with a resolution of 0.01 ohm, capacitors from 25pF-100mF with a resolution of 1pF, and inductors with a resolution of 0.01 ohm. The POWER/TEST button is used to power the device on and start a test, and the device will automatically power off after 20 seconds of measurement. There is a table of typical ESR values of electrolytic capacitors on the back for guidance. The device also comes with three different sockets, each with pins 1, 2, and 3 connected. Finally, it can be calibrated by shorting the test pins 1, 2, and 3 together and pushing the POWER/TEST button. The package includes the digital transistor tester, user manual in English and Chinese, and a package weight of 0.254 kg.
