Please cheque the headset's manual to see if it has entered pairing mode. The name of this earphone is i7s-tws3. It is very small, so you need to adjust the volume on your smart phone. There is only one key button on the earphone, for power on/off, answer or reject phone calls. If the headset is not connecting, please follow these steps to reset the connexion 1. Make sure you have deleted all 'tws-i7' in your phone's Bluetooth list. 2. Long press the multifunction button of two earbuds at the same time until the led flashes blue and red alternately. You will hear a voice say 'Power on'. 3. Click either side of the multifunction key for 2 seconds until you hear a voice say 'doo'. There would be a reminding voice that says 'Connected' or 'Paired'. 4. Turn on the phone's Bluetooth and search for 'tws-i7' to connect. When the led flashes slowly in blue, they are paired successfully.

This headset, known as the i7s-tws, is small in size and comes with one key button to power on/off, answer or reject phone calls. To connect it, please delete all 'tws-i7' from your phone's Bluetooth list and long press the multifunction button of both earbuds until the LED flashes in blue and red.
